Franklin advises the Sprint Group on the acquisition of the entire capital of Chabrillac.
Franklin has advised Sprint on the acquisition of the entire capital of Chabrillac from Inforsud, which is owned by Crédit Agricole.
Founded in 2007, the Sprint Group employs over 500 people across several locations in France. Sprint positions itself as the go-to printed communication service provider for France’s largest corporations and the leading consolidator in the French printing market.
Founded in 1925 and formerly owned by Inforsud, the Chabrillac group employs 37 people in Toulouse and Paris. It specializes in large format indoor and outdoor displays and is a member of the Imprim’Lux network.
After having made several major investments to anticipate new printing practices, the Sprint Group intends to fully integrate the large format printing specialist into its value chain. Continuing its strategy of integrating complementary businesses, Sprint intends to expand its service offering with the addition of Chabrillac’s poster and POS display printing services. The resulting strong commercial and industrial synergies will help Chabrillac thrive in this new stage of its business life.
