Franklin advises the Altice group on acquiring Intelcia Group

Franklin has served as lead counsel to the Altice group in connection with its acquisition of the entire capital of Moroccan company Intelcia Group and its call center subsidiaries in Morocco and France.

The deal was cleared by the French competition authority on December 12, 2016.

Franklin’s team was composed of:
