Four law firms line up on Numericable-SFR’s acquisition of Caisse des Dépôts’ and Bull’s interests in Numergy

Franklin, August & Debouzy, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges have advised the shareholders of Numergy, a company that specializes in building and operating Cloud computing infrastructures for the French and European markets, in connection with the reorganization of its ownership structure, in particular the sale of Caisse des Dépôts’ and Bull’s stakes to Numericable-SFR, and with Numergy’s coming out of the reorganization proceedings commenced in October 2015. Numergy was advised by K&L Gates.

Numericable-SFR was advised by Franklin, with partner Yann Colin and associate Baptiste Robelin handling litigation matters, partner Kai Völpel and associate Emmanuel Vrillon-Darcy handling corporate matters and partner Claire Fougea handling labor and employment law issues. Numericable-SFR was also advised by partner Olivier Cren on reorganization issues.

Caisse des Dépôts was advised by August & Debouzy with a team headed up by partners Gilles August and Julien Wagmann assisted by Pierre-Antoine Degrolard, handling corporate matters, partner Laurent Cotret and associate Xavier Lindet handling reorganization matters and partner Anaïs Qureshi handling labor and employment law issues.

Bull was advised by Weil, Gotshal & Manges, with partner Jean-Dominique Daudier de Cassini and of counsel Anne-Sophie Noury, assisted by Rodolphe Carrière, handling reorganization matters.

Numergy was advised by K&L Gates, with partner Caroline Ledoux handling M&A issues and partner Charlotte Baillot handling litigation matters.
