Franklin’s restructuring team advised the Republic of Congo in its negotiations with the airline Corsair and its shareholders (OMRP) as part of its search for a capital-intensive partner under the aegis of the Comité Interministérielle de Restructuration Industrielle (CIRI).
After almost ten months of negotiations, the Republic of Congo, Corsair and its shareholders (OMRP) have decided in favour of a strategic commercial partnership to support the company’s development in West Africa, particularly with the opening of the Paris-Brazzaville route.
Franklin is advising the Republic of Congo with a team comprising Numa Rengot, partner in charge of the restructuring team, Joël Rault, Senior Advisor, Pierre Dupuys, Of Counsel, and Fanny Attal, Emilie Gassier and Marouan Fawzi, associates.
