Franklin advises Altice on acquiring Coriolis Telecom

Altice France has announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement for the acquisition of Coriolis Telecom*, one of France’s largest independent telecommunications companies offering mobile and landline services to over 500,000 customers and 30,000 businesses. The deal was managed by Laurent Halimi, Altice’s Head of M&A.

Franklin’s team advising Altice was composed of partner Alexandre Marque, assisted by associates Antoine Fouassier, Adriana Chiche and Laura Isabelle Danet, on M&A aspects, with support from employment law partner Myriam de Gaudusson and associate Amélie Nisio, intellectual property partner Sandra Strittmatter and associate Erwan Prely, IT and data protection (partner Valérie Aumage and associate Nolwenn Vignaud, and from our real estate team.

The firm BCLP also advised on competition law aspects.
