Franklin’s Restructuring practice advised Domecco, a Batigroupe company, on continuing to roll out its growth strategy by acquiring I.P.C, a company in reorganization since February 9, 2021.
Founded in 2014, Domecco is an independent company providing home building, improvement and performance solutions.
On April 13, 2021, the Commercial Court of Boulogne sur Mer approved the bid submitted by Domecco for I.P.C.’s assets and staff, saving 29 jobs.
After having branched out into training with the acquisition of COLDEFY FORMATION and I.P.F.A.C. last March 25, the group is acquiring the assets and business of I.P.C to build up its existing operations and its local presence.
Franklin’s team advising Domecco is composed of partner Numa Rengot, assisted by associates Fanny Attal and Pierre Dupuys. Aton Partners advised Domecco on financial aspects.
