The NMA group assists its clients with their property assessment, survey, renovation and maintenance needs across three market sectors: building, infrastructure, industrial and innovation.
Founded in 1990, the Damaël group consists of seven separate building entities (construction, interior design, metalworking, industrial maintenance, pools, and industrial siding).
The NMA group bought the financially ailing Damaël group pursuant to a court-ordered asset disposal plan, which enabled Avenel to keep on most of Damaël’s staff and bolster its market position, especially in Normandy.
NMA was advised by Franklin partner Numa Rengot, assisted by associate Pierre Dupuys.
Damaël was represented by:
- The firm AJAssociés Administrateurs judiciaires, with Hervé Coustans as temporary administrator
- The firm AJIRE Administrateurs judiciaires, with Erwan Merly as court-appointed administrator (administrateur judiciaire)
- Béatrice Pascual as court-appointed creditors’ representative (mandataire judiciaire).
