Hotel developer, owner and operator Perseus is selling one of its hotel brands, Les Hôtels d’en Haut, to KSL Capital Partners private equity firm specialising in travel and leisure businesses.
The developer is selling five 4- and 5-star hotels: Les Roches Rouges in Saint-Raphaël, the Val Thorens and the Fitz Roy in Val Thorens, Les Trois Vallées in Courchevel 1850 and the Alpaga, a 5-star mountain resort in Mégève.
This is KSL Capital Partners’ first major acquisition in Europe.
