Franklin’s Restructuring team is advising the consortium made up of the Diffusion Plus, Paragon and Riccobono groups on formulating a takeover bid for Milee’s activities through compulsory sale.
As ambassadors for an entire sector, the Diffusion Plus, Paragon and Riccobono groups are looking into the possibility of forming a consortium to formulate a takeover bid through compulsory sale of the activities of Milee, the only private global operator of addressed postal distribution in France with a national dimension.
Franklin is supporting the consortium with a team led by Numa Rengot, partner, and comprising Pierre Dupuys, Of Counsel, Fanny Attal, Yann Aubert and Marouan Fawzi, associates.
