On 13 October 2022, the Reunionese group SAB and the Mauritian group IBL LTD concluded an exclusivity agreement with a view to a balanced capital partnership and requiring the presentation of a restructuring plan for MAKE DISTRIBUTION, on the basis of the current 4 hypermarkets in Chaudron, Savannah (Saint Paul), Sainte-Marie and Saint-André.
This restructuring plan involves entering into negotiations as quickly as possible, and at a sustained pace, with the company’s creditors, suppliers and employees, subject to the authorisation by the competent authorities, in order to maximise its chances of success and to offer the best future for MAKE DISTRIBUTION.
