Franklin bolsters its Real Estate practice with two new partners
Continuing its growth march, Franklin is adding two new partners to its Real Estate practice, co-chaired by partners François Verdot and Jérémy Chiche, with the lateral hire of Philippe Bouillon and the promotion of Jérémy Goldblum.
These appointments bring to four the number of partners in Franklin’s Real Estate practice and strengthen the team’s ability to advise on the full gamut of real estate matters.
With over 30 years of real estate experience working at prominent French companies and law firms, Philippe Bouillon has extensive expertise in all aspects of real estate financing, construction, development and management.
He advises French and international project owners, property developers and investors on a broad range of complex real estate transactions.

Jérémy Goldblum’s practice focuses on real estate development, asset management and lease negotiation, especially for office and retail space. He also represents clients in commercial lease disputes.
Jérémy Goldblum said: “I joined Franklin in 2012 and was made of counsel in 2017. I am thrilled to be promoted partner in the team I have worked with for nearly 10 years. I have supported the expansion of the practice for several years and I will be happy to continue to contribute as partner.”
In addition to these two appointments, Franklin’s Real Estate practice is welcoming two new associates (Lauriane Marrache from Gide and Vincent Martinet from Allen & Overy), which brings to 8 the number of lawyers on the team. This is a significant expansion of the firm’s real estate capabilities, as confirmed by the partners: “These moves mark the beginning of a new era for our Real Estate practice.
