The energy crisis, repayment of state-guaranteed loans (PGE, prêt garanti par l’Etat), the increase in the cost of raw materials: faced with economic upheaval, French companies are experiencing growing financial difficulties. To encourage VSEs/SMEs to take advantage of out of court restructuring procedures (the conciliation and mandat ad hoc), the Ile-de-France region has established the Chèque prévention scheme.
