Franklin has assisted the majority shareholders and managers of the family group CBA Informatique Libérale as part of a secondary LBO which allowed for withdrawal from Five Arrows and subsequent investment in Vivalto Partners and Amundi Funds. Following this transaction, the founding family members retained a majority stake in the group. CBA Informatique Libérale is a leader in its market, and both develops and sells innovative SaaS/hardware solutions for healthcare professionals aimed at streamlining their administrative formalities as well as managing and supervising patients and accounts.
