Franklin advises the Altice group on selling Coditel

Franklin has advised the Altice group on selling its operations in Belgium and Luxembourg (the Coditel Group) to the Telenet group, for an enterprise value of 400 million euros.

The deal is subject to clearance by Belgian competition authorities.

Franklin’s team was composed of:
