Franklin advised the Altice group on the acquisition of Parilis SA and its subsidiaries, providers of telecommunications network installation and maintenance services in France (through ERT Technologies, in particular), Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Israel and the Dominican Republic.
The deal was cleared by antitrust authorities in Israel, Portugal and France on November 2, 11 and 14, 2016, respectively.
