Franklin appoints a partner to strengthen its Real Estate Practice

The business law firm Franklin is pleased to announce the appointment of Jérémy Chiche as partner, expanding its Real Estate team.

Jérémy Chiche has been appointed partner in the Real Estate Practice.
Jérémy has a postgraduate degree (DESS) in business law from the University of Dijon and an LLM in International and European Business Law from the Anglia Polytechnic University of Cambridge. He was admitted to the Paris bar in 2002.
He began his career at Jones Day in 2002, then joined the firm DS Avocats in 2004. Along with partner François Verdot, he joined Taylor Wessing in 2006, then Salans (now Dentons) in 2007, and eventually Franklin in June 2012.
He advises on both real estate acquisitions and real estate asset management. He also represents clients in disputes over commercial leases for all types of properties (offices, retail units, shopping centers, warehouses, industrial units, hotels, etc.).
