Projects – Infrastructures
- Our department has been advising public entities, operators and investors on their infrastructure projects in France and overseas for over two decades.
We have created a specialist, multi-disciplinary team, able to advise on the full range of high-level projects & infrastructure mandates. This includes strategic and legal counsel for concessions, BOTs, PPIPs and other types of infrastructure projects in the energy, transport, telecoms, defense and public real estate sectors. Our department has also advised numerous authorities, governments and global agencies (in Europe and Africa) on institutional reforms.
