Franklin has advised the Milan-based industrial holding company Groupack, which is acquiring the entire share capital of the French company Neyret, a Lyon-based designer of assembly machines with sales of almost €50m. Groupack is thus strengthening its mechatronics business, supported by its subsidiary Mech-I-Tronic, by extending its activities to France.
