Franklin is advising the historical shareholders and the management team of three insurance brokerage companies, grouped together under the holding company Groupe Guémas, in connection with the reorganisation of the group and the acquisition of a stake by Naxicap Partners. The investor will become a majority shareholder of Groupe Guémas alongside Pierre Blanchard-Dignac, the president of the group, the management team, and Bertrand Guémas, a member of the founding family.
